In 2019, Proteus Fund celebrated its 25th Anniversary.
The field of social justice philanthropy has evolved significantly over the past quarter century, and we are proud of the role we’ve played in moving the sector towards a more collaborative and strategic place. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary throughout 2019 by gathering stories, memories, and reflections on the organization’s first quarter century.
As part of our anniversary celebration, we brought together Proteus Fund voices past and present, including our Founder, Meg Gage, our current President & CEO, Paul Di Donato, and board and program staff, to tell the story of our organization from its founding in 1994, to the scary and turbulent period we find ourselves in now.
